For Black Women Over 60, Prevention Is Power!
🧠 What if your health is the first step toward financial security?
Medical debt, fatigue, stress, and delayed diagnosis don’t just affect the body — they drain our money, decisions, time, energy, and joy.
As Black women over 60, we carry the weight of family, community, caregiving, work, and purpose. But we cannot pour from an empty vessel. Health must become part of our financial plan. Just like budgets and credit, physical and mental wellness belong in your wealth strategy.
This is why your annual physical is NOT just a doctor’s visit—
🔹 It’s a preventive investment
🔹 It’s a financial shield
🔹 It’s a spiritual commitment to longevity
🩺 Why This Matters for Black Women Over 60
Statistics show that Black women face higher risks of:
✔ Heart disease & hypertension
✔ Diabetes & kidney disease
✔ Stroke
✔ Osteoporosis & vitamin D deficiency
✔ Delayed diagnosis of cancer
✔ Untreated depression & cognitive decline
But early screening can prevent, or delay major health events.
And when we advocate, we save our money, our time, and our future.
