🌿 Day 7: Be Ready in Season and Out of Season

Scripture Focus:

“Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.”

II Timothy 4:2 NKJV

💭 There are moments when everything in life flows effortlessly; money is steady, doors are opening, and you feel secure. Then there are seasons when you’re tested—unexpected expenses arise, opportunities slow down, and your faith feels stretched.

This scripture reminds us that consistency is key. Whether things are flourishing or uncertain, we must be ready; ready to live out what we believe, teach what we’ve learned, and model financial stewardship rooted in faith.

As a financial educator, I feel this call deeply. To preach the word isn’t just about ministry from a pulpit; it’s about carrying the message of truth, wisdom, and responsibility into every area of life, including money.

Being ready “in season and out of season” means:

  • Saving and planning even when money is tight.

  • Giving and sowing even when it feels uncomfortable.

  • Speaking faith even when fear tries to rise.

  • Staying teachable and disciplined no matter what’s happening in the economy or culture.

Your finances are a reflection of your readiness. This journey is shaping you to be the Financial Warrior God called you to be; one who stands strong, teaches others, and walks in wisdom, in every season.

🪞Reflection:

  • What does it mean for me to “be ready” financially and spiritually?

  • What one step can I take today to stay faithful in this season?
